A global hospitality professional, she trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and worked in Michelin-starred kitchens and luxury hotels across Europe before returning to the U.S. Her career has spanned roles from Executive Chef and General Manager to Food & Beverage Manager at the Rosewood Sand Hill.
In New York, Fee partnered with the Jajaja Group, helping grow the brand to eight locations. Known for commitment to team culture, she now brings her passion to craft beer as a founding female owner of New York City Brewing Company.
Nick Marshall
Nick brings 25+ years of NYC hospitality experience across restaurants, bars, and nightlife. He’s worked every position from floor captain to bartender to manager, overseeing P&Ls and bar programs. As a VIP host and brand ambassador for venues like Avenue, The Darby, 1Oak, and Up & Down, he built a deep global network. Now launching his first brand venture, Nick brings cultural insight, hospitality expertise, and a sharp eye for brand experience.
Jeremy Cowan
Jeremy is a seasoned founder and operator in the craft beer space, having led brand, sales, marketing, operations, and finance for multiple specialty beer portfolios. He’s executed five successful exits—strategic, regional, individual, and employee-led. His award-winning beers have been sold in 40+ states and 5 countries through 100+ wholesalers and 5,000+ retailers. A frequent speaker at Brewers Association and Brewbound events, Jeremy’s work has been featured in NPR, The New York Times, CNBC, and Fortune.
